Hi ! To become a ips officer you must have a graduation at first .so my suggestion is that take admission in either IIT or at nit or at IIIT or at any GFTI. Then after graduation or completion of b.tech give government exams, UPSC, UPSC IPS ,and wbcs exam.
Hi ! Through counselling of Jossa you are not going to get any good colleges or better to say a college. But through CSAB counselling you may get a worst GFTI college. Still you can have amity, CV Raman and Jaypee in your hand. Other include Hooghly engineering colleges, Kolaghat
