lease make your question clearin the comments below .after 12th most of the students wants to get into some good colleges for various courses . some colleges conducts entrance exams and other exams are on the merit .the score mentioned hereb is the score of the participating exam

Looking at your scores, there are very strong possibilities that you would get admission into a good college for the courses you mentioned, basic, physiotherapy or bsc nursing in gujarat if you hold a domicile and fall under the state Quota list.
FMGE is the Foreign Medical Graduate Exam for the indian medical practice for the student who have done the qualification outside the india has to appear for this exam. As there is no mentioning of the minimum marks in class 12 but certain criteria should be fulfilled by the candidate

The validity of most undergraduate entrance exams are one year. This is the case with MHT-CET also. The MHT-CET score whatever it is its validity expires after one year. You have to attend the MHT-CET again if you want to get admission next year. Like wise if you want
