Hey this might be there in amity university as it is an private university which can help you out gor your admission but it can take it as if it take admission on the basis of 12 standard which is primarily requirements for the University as ever university has

First of all government colleges doesn't give direct admissions, you need to qualify entrance exams like upsee, jee to get to them. There are some private universities which conducts their own entrance exam for admissions like srm, vit, manipal, Galgotias etc you can try into them.

your 12th percentage is quite good. there is no problem regarding that. But  problem lies in your JEE pecentile and rank. you too missed to mention about which specific college you want to get into. It is very important to know wheather you want to get into government
