The form was available from the time when board results were not announced so most of the students didn't entered their 12 aggregate in the application form. No need to worry about that you can give your 12th marksheet at the time of counseling and admission.

you stand no chance of getting admission in Delhi University as per your percentile. For general category student the competition is very high and one needs atleast 92-93 percentile for getting admission. But your percentile is very less so you won’t be able to get admission in the university.
