if a candidate appeared 10th exam in odisha but appeared 12th exam in Andhra pradesh.Then what will be his/her home state .

Hi Aspirant,

Home-state is considered to be the state from where a candidate appeared for his/her class 12th. The state from where a candidate passed class 10th is not considered his/her home state. 

In your case, it is Andhra Pradesh.

Your jee main percentile is way too low for getting you a seat in any government colleges for engineering. Also for government colleges you require a minimum of 75% in boards for general category and 65% minimum in boards for reservation category to be eligible. But you have scored

For admission in any college or University the domicile of state from where you have completed your 12th standard prevails over the domicile of the state you were born or you live in.

the eligibility criteria to write the AIPVT exam  are as follows,

1.Nationality : only indian candidates can apply.

2.Age limit : From 17years to 25 years limit(5 years relaxation for OBC/SC/ST)

3.Qualifying Exam : candidate should have passed 12 th exam with aggregate of 50% in physics chemistry
