it would be better to meet personally to your intermediate institute and enquiry them. I think they will help you out better that you have to show your mark sheets or they will provide another marksheet where all the subjects are enlisted. they can tell that accurately.

For the rank you have achieved in BSC you can get seat in government colleges and western college sanpada in navi mumbai for plain bsc with the category you belong to. That is as you belong to scheduled category you can expect your seat in few government colleges.
