Hey Aspirant, Well with 65% and getting admission in a goverment college is a tough task. Still you can try over there as being a general category would not lead to your admission but if you come under the reserved category there are chances for the admission.

There is an Average of Your 12th Marks and Nata Score Your Nata score is divided by 2 and then Boards percentage is added.
For Example:-
Boards Percentage-60
Nata score-90/200
Nata Score ÷2= 90÷2= 45
60+45=105/200

see some colleges need only 60 percentage marks in 10+2.
in nits, iiits, cftis they need 75% marks to get admission in btech. so you are not eligible for these institution. however bits has separate entrance test. and it need 75% marks in 10+2.
