You have no chance of getting any government or private college through JEE Mains with that sort of rank. Instead you should either take an year off and prepare for JEE again or else rely on results of other entrance exams such as SRMJEE,VITEEE.etc to get admission into VIT,SRM,UPES,etc.
It's next to impossible to get any good government college with 87.15 percentile in jee mains and belonging to a general category. I would surely advice you to take an year off and prepare once again or else get an admission in private colleges like Amity, VIT,SRM,etc.
