Hello,
With this rank in JEE mains you cannot get a seat in any government colleges for engineering like NITs IIITs and GFTIs and also in NSIT Delhi. Your rank is quite low for NSIT Delhi.
But you might get some lower branches in some state government engineering colleges. So

Bachelor of Commerce is 3 year undergraduate degree which mainly focuses on study of accounting, Mathematics and Economics.
You can pursue either only B.Com or B.Com hons.
B.Com studied about general subjects of Commerce but B.Com hons. Is higher degree studies about specialization in particular subjects.

St. Andrews College is a self financed university in which the admission criteria is merit based.
The University requires minimum eligibility for b.com in accounting and finance is 50% marks in 10+2 examinations.

Hi , 

The formula to calculate rank from percentile is , 

(100-P) × N / 100 where P is the percentile and N is the total number of applicants.  

P= 90.12 , N = 2,76,166 ( in PCM )

100- 90.12 = 9.88

9.88 × 276166/ 100= 27285.2
