You need minimum 50% to apply in any B. Sc college. Since, you have 58% in 12th, so you're eligible to apply in the colleges where you want. Though getting admission or not will depend on the cut-offs of the individual college.

The admission through NATA will depend on your 12th marks plus your marks in NATA exam.

50% of 12th and 1/4 th of NATA score will actually decide whether you wil get sa seat in IPU or not.

But the minimum score needed for good colleges is atleast 100

If you have 80% in class twelfth then you do not need to worry at all!
You are surely eligible for both Jee Mains and Bitsat.
For BITSAT, you need to have a minimum of 75% in PCM and 60% individually in P, C, M.
