The reservation to courses is based on caste and not domicile based. As there is specified number of seats for categories with reservation, may it be from Karnataka or Delhi you will get the seat depending on your caste. So there is no weightage depending on domicile. But there
No notification has yet come regarding submission of the documents again. But there was a notification that if you have not submitted the original caste certificate at the time of registration, you have to upload the declaration then and submit, that is re-upload the original before 5th of June
Every engineering branch u choose have it's own advantages and disadvantages. It's not about which is better branch every engineering branch has challenging work in it.
Never mind that you didn't take computers in class 12, in engineering they will teach you from the basics.So, that doesn't mind.
