And also with your sc category I don't think 50.04 is enough. What I prefer you is to go for a private college or go for your respective

Every college has different criteria while considering admission of an applicant. Some colleges do have minimum prescribed percentage in class 12 as 45% or 55% or 65%.
Generally for B.Sc Zoology, colleges tend to have minimum qualification as 55% in aggregate in class 12 which includes the subjects

For general category it may be difficult to secure a seat in Nit or IIIT with this percentile, but for other categories there may be chances of getting into NIT IIIT.
Also there are many govt. colleges around the country which accept applications on the basis of JEE

You have scored decent and but up is a State of higher cutoff. Previous year cutoff was higher than 440 for obc and thus you have very less chances of getting a government medical College in up. For Delhi you will not get any medical College there. But
