I'm sorry to say but improvements will be only for 11th class people not for 12th if you fail then it will be considered as a supplement else there is no improvement for 12th people.

UPSC CDS examination is conducted by UPSC twice a year to recruit young officers in indian armed forces Army,Navy & Air force.
