Yes, you are eligible for State Counselling of Assam. Mere studying a year or 2 in a particular State doesnt take away the domicile eligibility of the State where you have your permanent residence in. So in your case, you are eligible for Assam State Counselling.

Hi there . The jee mains closing ranking in 2017 for cs branch was 250902 , for electronics and communication it was 1033178 , for IT 978745 . The cutoff  doesn't varies much for this year also. You can get admission in this college.
