As per your query let me clarify that there is not much difference in marksheet but everyone seeing your year of passing 10th and 12th can have a little bad impression.
Still this will not harm that much just stay focused on studies and score well next

Both class 12th and 11th biology is equally important and you have to prepare both of them . May be you are not good with class 11th biology but it is important. Firstly try to read whole ncert , all the chapters are very interesting. Maximum syllabus
