Dear Harsh, if you are talking about NEET UG, then even Private Candidates are eligible for appearing in NEET. You have to fulfil only 2 clauses. One is that you should complete 17 years by December 31st of year of admission and the other is Aggregate clause. You should have

Sastra Deemed University will only consider marks in 10+2(or equivalent) while admissions in stream 2. Alternatively, you can also give the JEE main to get admission in the university but must have more than 60% in aggerate subjects. You can find more about it here -

Admission in Panjab University, Chandigarh for tge course of BA/BCOM LLB is done on the basis of both your result in 12th boards and entrance exam. 50% weightage is given to both the scores.
So as your boards percentage as well as your entrance exam's score both matter equally.
