    See there are lot of good colleges under state quota or any private institutions to offer u seat theough the JEE mains marks to pursue ur higher studies in the field of ur interest under the btech courses. U can apply for LPU , MANIPAL , KIIT ,etc.

    Because it concentrates on Programming rather than Theoretical concepts which is the main feature of Ip. CS is an outdated subject.IP is equally useful for both , Science and Commerce . With new syllabus Ip is far batter than CS.
