Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University will be taking admissions this year through CLAT. Untill last year, it used to fill its seats through IPU CET. But keeping in mind that was scrapped last year, this year the university will be taking admits through CLAT. Since there is no previous records for it, it is going to be slightly difficult to predict the cutoff. Still keep your hopes high!
As of now, the registration process for CLAT 2020 has been extended until July 1st and so the exam will be held post July 1st. But then from 18th, JEE Mains is scheduled and we have NEET on July 26th. There might be Candidates who must have applied for both JEE and CLAT or NEET and CLAT. So it is highly unlikely that CLAT will be held before July 26th. For more information, please check the notification: https://consortiumofnlus.ac.in/documents/Notification-of-extension-CLAT-2020.pdf
Hey,
For getting admissions in NALSAR you should be in top 120 ranks. For general category student cut-off is generally lies between 130 -140. Consider 135 for moderate level. Sometimes if level of exam is easy like in 2016 even 150 score is not sufficient.
There are many legal maxims however, you don't need to remember all of them. Try to memorise 35 to 40 legal maxims which are mostly asked in CLAT. Go through previous year exam papers, list all the legal maxims those were asked in those years and prepare from there. Also go through their solution properly to understand these terms of Legal Maxims.
