Cmr engineering college vs cmrtc

Moumoyee Chakraborty 2nd Sep, 2021

CMR Engineering college is a good choice for you, if you are thinking of the placements , this is the best option for you. They provide you placements with average salary packages over 5 LPA. Along with that a good campus and experienced faculties increase its worth. In case of CMRTC also campus is very pleasant and placements are commendable. As a Technical Campus it enriches the significance of its name. So both the options are really nice

Good luck !! Know more about them

Im studying engineering of mechanical group in CMR Technical campus ,Hyderabad. Now Im in 2nd year.I want to prepare for GATE which will held in the year 2023. so I request you to share reference books and preparation timetable to me.

Manidipa Kundu Student Expert 19th Oct, 2020

hi,

basically gate exam is based on 10-12 subjects of your full 4 years engineering course. so you may understand that you dont need to study the full syllabus of engineering. you have to follow the strictly gate syllabus and study accordingly. now mathematics and aptitude is common to all. 15 marks from aptitude and english and 15 marks question would be from engineering mathematics. from this year question pattern  has slightly changed and there is multiple select type questions. so now coming to the subjects papers you have to follow the standards books. follow  our article to know about standard text book to prepare for gate mechanical engineering: https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/what-are-best-books-for-gate-me

Is cmr technical campus a good Camoisb

ADITYA KUMAR Student Expert 1st Aug, 2019

Hello dear,

Yes it is a good college . The college provides placements to the students who secured more than 60% in their UG. The salary package offered is not much high. The average salary package offered is 3 LPA. The college doesn't conduct any sessions or help the students to improve their communication skills. They are not helping us practice the skills required to crack the interview. They provide these facilities only to the students who are good at academics. Faculty members in this college is good. It follows the course curriculum designed by JNTUH but it's infrastructure is not very good,  it's average.

Thankyou
