however you can get direct admission if you go through management quota.

I heavily doubt that College of Engineering Pune will be possible with 93 percentile. But you might stand a chance with NT Category. Coming to the defence category everything depends on your category, if you come under defense category below 4 you might get CSE otherwise things seem to be

98.29 % this year equates to a rank of 4700-4800. It is not possible to get admission to COEP or PICT from this rank, unless you have any reserved category.

Getting into COEP Pune is not really easy,I believe! Glad that you are really aiming for the top-notch college. I would advise you to check the official cutoffs through the link that I mentioned below. I am not discouraging you,but your rank is a little low for trying
