For a general candidate the cutoff in COEP is 190+ for CSE. So you cannot get CSE there. But you ca try for other courses there, tho you have a low chance to clear the cutoff in COEP.

Congratulations for your result. As you are a PWD candidate, you can hope to get CSE in COEP. As per previous year cutoff(2018), the pwd cutoff was 118. So you have a good chance to grab a seat in CSE.
