Sorry to say this but there no branch for automobiles in b.tech in college of engineering,Pune.
And my suggestion is that if you are very passionate about automobile engineering them don't leave your passion there are very few people who are passionate about automobiles

And for B.Tech ( Cs & it) (lateral) 3-year course , the fee is around 2,72,550.

In JEE, you get your ranks according to the marks. There are particular qualifying marks which a candidate of a particular category must get and according to that, you get a rank. The cut off for colleges then is released in the form of ranks.
