Outside Maharashtra students can appear for MHT CET. Outside Maharashtra Student won't be eligible for Government and Govt. Aided colleges, they will be eligible for All India Seats of Private colleges. However All India Candidature candidates may or may not appear for MHT-CET 2018 as Score of JEE(Main) Paper I

i must say for being in safe zone you should have minimum 70 percentile in civil branch for getting a good psu and rest depends on your hardwork bro
You have to get atleast 130 marks in the entrance to get admission in college of engineering, Pune. This is the cut off for general category.
