If you are a OPEN Category or OBC Category candidate then it is impossible for you to get it. But yes, if you are a SC, ST or PwD Candidate, then you may get it.

There is no procedure to do B.Tech right after completing ITI. This is not possible. What you would need to do is diploma in Engineering. Only after that course you can apply for lateral entry into the Bachelor of Technology course.The ITI candidates are eligible for diploma
