Yes you can get admission in second year of engineering in coep but before that you have to complete the diploma course in your field and then apply for the counseling on the basis of your marks obtained in diploma course.
YOU CANNOT GET CSE AND ECE IN COEP. BUT YOU CAN EXPLORE OTHER OPTIONS.
you may get any branch in COEP pune except for CSE and MECHANICAL. Last year the last cutoff for SC category was 140. As coep pune is quite famous for its mechanical branch, there are last chances that you will get mechanical. All the best.
