As you know when you leave an institution they provide you with three main Certificates and those are the final certificate, the Transfer Certificate (TC) and the migration certificate. When you get admission into a college they ask for your migration and TC. So yes, the TC might work.

It is not mandatory to wear uniform everyday.

College Uniform is only mandatory for students to be present in the Campus Recruitment Programme, failing which the student will not be allowed to sit for campus interview.

For coep you need min 97.5% for OBC for lower branches in score more than 145.

For EE/ ME/CE you need 98.3+%.
