No i am sorry to say but you can't take admission in college of engineering Pune through your JEE main ranking. College of Engineering pune doesn't take admission on basis of jee mains rank. Admissions to the college is on the basis of rank in MHT-CET through MHT CET Counselling.

there is reservation for seats for Ex-servicemen in college where 1/3 seats are reserved and 2/3 for foreign and PIO. College of Engineering Pune accepts MHCET score for admission.
in MHCET, cutoff score for general category for COEP is 168 for home state quota and if you have ex-servicemen
for joining as a faculty , you have to look for opening. If there is any opening then they might have also mentioned required skills and qualification. You have to check it from the careers section of College official webpage. If it is not available then keep on checking
