Yes, there was a JEE quota and to get admission in COEP your Jee mains percentile had to be very good,minimum is 90+ percentile was required.BUT, After implementation of MHTCET total number of seats in COEP are reserved MHTCET. So, the only way to get into COEP is attending

College of Engineering, Pune doesn't give admission on the basis of Jee Main score. Admission to B.Tech courses are considered on the basis of merit list as per the performance of the candidates inMHT-CET examination. So in order to get admission in COEP, one have to appear for MHT CET.

if you have pursued diploma and you are going for engineering then you will join in 2nd year only. if you go for NIT and IIT then only you will get admission in 1st year.

So..yah nevil you cannot do MBA after completion of 12 standard.To do MBA,a candidate should be an graduate or a candidate should have appear for 3 years Bachelor's degree course atleast  and also 50% marks for being eligible.And you should appear for entrance examinations too.Hope this would help
