College of Engineering , Pune dies not takes admission through jee main or josaa counselling.
You have to give MHT-CET exam. Admission are given in the college on the basis of MHT-CETby MHT-CET counselling.
So jee main percentage does not matter in the admission in college of engineering,pune.

For College of Engineering,CSE cutoff is 242 as per previous year details. Your rank is good enough to get a good government college and a good branch also. You can try for other government colleges too. Here is the list of cutoff college-wise and branch-wise.

Coming to your question the exam pattern for the computer engineering branch in the college of engineering ,Pune (COE,Pune) is of 60:40 thai is the 60 for theory and 40 for the practical.

Based on your General/Open category rank, you can get the Metallurgical Engineering branch in COEP, Pune, and Production Engineering or Textile Technology branch in VJTI, Mumbai.
Based on your OBC category rank, you can get any of the branches in COEP except Computer Engineering and you can basically

There is no minimum criteria for 12 th percent.
So if you got a good rank in mhtcet you will surely get admission
