CLAT exam is for 21 NLU,s all over India .CLAT 2020, the caste certificate needed to be scanned and submited. Sc/St candidates can give the scanned copy , the certificate can be from state goverment , it is not noticed that you need a central government caste certificate.

Pallavi, if you are in your 12th, you can appear for CLAT 2020. Your admission will be provisional and subjective to clearing your 12th and meeting the eligibility criteria for CLAT. CLAT, also known as the Common Law Admission Test will be held on May 10, 2020. The paper will be a two hour paper in the offline mode, i.e., a pen-paper test will have multiple-choice questions. The number of questions for BA LLB will be 150 in number and total marks will also be 150. Therefore, each correct answer will fetch you 1 mark and each there will be a negative marking of 0.25 marks for every wrong answer.

Knowing this will make will help with your speed for the exam and will also save time while writing it. To get more prepared regarding the exam pattern and the exam as a whole, check previous year question papers. There have been changes in the paper pattern which include a change in the number of questions from 200 to 150 and addition of comprehension-based questions in English and other sections like Deductive Reasoning, Quantitative Techniques, Current Affairs and Logical Reasoning as well. Due to this, your inferential reasoning will be thoroughly tested as part of the course. The quantitative aptitude required is that of 10th class. The minimum cut off for the paper is 40%.

Since you have failed in one of the subjects, you will have to reappear for the exam and after you have successfully passed in the maths re-exam, you can definitely appear for CLAT. So, see that you prepare well and answer the re-exam. You will be qualified only AFTER you have passed otherwise not.

CLAT is the National level Exam for the admission to Five years Integrated law programmes to get into NLUs. You can also apply for AILET Entrance Exam which is conducted for the admission to five years law programme to get into NLU Delhi. The other Exams you can apply for BLAT & PU BA LLB Entrance Exam which is university level Exam.

Legal maxims are a thing to be mugged up. There are few tricks you can apply to make this little easy. There are at least 4-5 questions in CLAT which are related to Legal Maxims and therefore it is not important to know all the legal maxims for CLAT
