Hello Aspirant
As per your query, I would ask you to search for the old question papers for phd on the official website of your respective university. Hope this answer helps you in a way. All the best.
dear aspirant and a responsible brother, the college you mentioned here Sadanlal Savaldas Khanna degree college for women provided computer science,B.ED,Arts,Science and commerce and diploma in boitechnology. As per data given on website it is NAAC certified and affilated to university of Allahabad. As per data analysed marks in UGAt doesn't paly a important role in admission.
Hello there. Computer is a vast field in which you can explore s lot of things. And coming up with the course, it will all depend on the students interest like if anyone is interested in designing can go toward web development, Photoshop, video editor and many more like that. If someone is interested in coding then can go with basic programming languages like C, C++. If someone is interested in playing with database then can go toward databases like Oracle MySQL.
Now considering that the student want to be a programmer, then he should start right from basic and for the basic he/she should go for C language. Once done with it then you can take a step forward toward C++ and later on with the data structures.
Considering for web designing, he/she should start with HTML and later on add up with CSS and JavaScript.
For editing start with paint and then move toward Adobe Photoshop. After that you can shift toward Premier Pro and many other editing software.
And the most common of all MS-OFFICE. MS-OFFICE is one of the most necessary tool in computers. So having the knowledge of MS-OFFICE and all of its component are very necessary.
As per your query, you should have filled your choices in round 1 itself but as you have not done it you could do it in round 2. Hope you find this answer useful to you in a way. All the best for your future.
Hey Ankit,
Yes, you can fill the choices in round 2 of the counseling but only if the seats remail vacant. If in round 2 few colleges get 100% admissions then they will not participate in round 2. But don't worry, that the worst case scenario. Don't lose hope, apply for round 2 and don't miss anything.
I hope this helps you, good kuck!

Hi Ashutosh,
NIMCET is a National Level Entrance Tes conducted by NITs for admission to the MCA course offered by NITs. Previous year cut off range for NITs across India:
These numbers change with following factors: number of candidates appearing , total number of seats available, number of participating institutions, difficulty level of the examination, competition level and last year cut off trends. You might get NIT Trichy, NIT Warangal, NIT Allahabad as per previous year trends. Besides NIT. There are more options for MCA:
1) JNU, Delhi (Exam: JNUEE)
2) University of Hyderabad (NIMCET): Score should be above 360+.
3)Birla Institute of Technology [BIT MESRA], Exam Acceptedd: BIT MCA
There are definitely more options and colleges for MCA, so don't feel bad if you don't get a call from NIT. Give it your best shot!
Hope this helps.
Good luck!
hi sanku, Generally, any student, regardless of his study background can get into a BCA course.”Some colleges do segregate according to Maths and non maths students, as some colleges do give admissions to the students having maths as a 12th subject”. Having prior knowledge of computer is an advantage for the cs students, as the first month of college will be very easy for them. But for a non main-computer background, it is important to be regular cover up the topics. Also one has to keep interest in computer technologies and updates. So, ultimately anyone can do a BCA course. You just have to be regular in the starting as it will be new for you. MPC and BIPC students are not really categorized separately. MPC students wont be given preference. if a student is good in bipc, they'll choose bipc student- no preference between bipc and mpc. hope it helps!
