Your question is not clear, please mention the details you want to know. As far as Punjab University is concerned the seats in BCA are every year full, Regarding affiliation, Punjab University is itself affiliating University, other colleges are affiliated to it.

In BCA entrance test, you can expect questions from Mathematics, Logical Reasoning, General Knowledge, English basic skills and most importantly from Computer awareness and Information technology.

There is no notification as of now, but tentatively the application process will start in August.

Filling up the registration form is very important. However, if you have made a mistake in this, then you should talk to the admission cell and explain everything in detail. 

But for Pharmacy and Engineering they have allotted first round Counseiling.
