Yes you can study AI in CSE department.Artificial Intelligence is a very broad topic in which you will study Machine Learning and it's Applications course in your third or fourth year.Later you can pursue Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence field.

Ayush as per your marks it seems that you have very bleak chances of getting admission in delhi that too in cse.
I suggest you to fill in for improvement because not if 75 per cent, at least 60 per cent is required to get admission in a good college.
