Congatulations on managing to score a decent rank.The cutoffs obviously vary every year so I would advise you to keep more options in safety.You would have to compromise as you may not get top colleges.I would still attach a link for you below do that you can get

If by previous year paper, you mean 2018 paper, then you may be wrong because previous year paper was also having 180 questions which consisted of 60 questions in Physics, 60 questions in Chemistry and 60 questions in Maths. The full marks for the paper was 180 and there
