You can surely get cse in vidyavardhaka college of engineering. Last year the closing rank was 39212. So, you can 99% get it. However, we cannot be 100% sure about the counseling process.

If you're from general category, you must have obtained a 50% marks in aggregate in their qualifying exam. However, for the SC/ST there is a relaxation of 5%.
