Well you scored well, there are 9 out of 11 courses available for you at such rank. 

But apparently there is a tough chance that you may get the IT branch at SIT Tumukur.

You can always apply for other Branches too.

but still if you demand only of CSE it will  be very  difficult as to make up in to top three colleges with CSE require rank below 400

The cut off based on previous years records go up to the rank of 4400.But the cutoffs may change depending on the number of students who appeared for the exam and as well as the difficulty
