According to me,you cannot apply for comedk colleges for MBBS.Only candidates who are from karnataka can fill the form for admission in comedk medical colleges through neet from 5th to 9th july.Since you are from U.P. ,you are not eligible.

Upto my knowledge you will have to give comed k exam to attend comedk counselling for medical colleges and if you want a college on your beer score then you will get it by your neet counselling...

According to me, With 12314 rank in comedk,you cannot get computer science in BVB Hubli.But you can get cse with the above rank in different colleges like :
1)CMR inst.of technology 2)KLE Technological university 3)Nitee meenakshi inst.of technology 4)Mysore college of engineering and management 5)SJB inst.of technology etc.

You may get ECE branch at Dayananda sagar college of engineering, Siddaganga institute of technology and national institute of engineering. You can try for this colleges.
