Yes definitely a non karnataka student can apply for comedk counselling...in fact this year it was online ...only for document verification process you need to go to bengaluru....2nd round is still remaining try for that....best of luck

You have to fill the application form of COMEDK then counselling will be held through MCC. You have chances to get government seat in your state level counselling and you have chances in COMEDK as well based on your marks.
