Assuming you are asking for MBBS so you will have to fill a separate counseling form and there will be common counseling for Govt and private colleges as well.

In Comedk 1st round counselling...the cutoff was very high because it was online....but after it many seats got vaccant https://www.comedk.org/wp-content/uploads/2017/07/VACANT-SEATS-AS-ON-30TH-JUNE-2017-ENGINEERING.pdf ....all the best for 2nd round counselling..

The counselling of COMEDK UGET 2017 had begun with registration and choice filling from June 12 onwards in online mode. In order to register themselves, the qualifying candidates had to enter their User ID and password. COMEDK UGET 2017 option entry was available till June 20.

You must have opted for reject and upgrade option if you didn't get any good college....and you can exercise your preferences as many times as you can from 12th july to 14th july......so fill good choices and wait for allotment...all the best for 2nd round counselling!!
