Counselling for COMEDK UGET 2107 will start tentatively in the last week of June 2017. After the document verification process is over, the candidate has to submit photo copies of all the essential documents and the Demand Draft, which should be drawn at any Nationalised Bank in favor of COMEDK

No, you are not eligible to apply for this application form. You need a domicile certificate to apply. You can apply for KEAM application form.
