Structural engineering comes under Earth sciences in csir net no other paper comes close to your subject other than this. Physical sciences is pure physics  and it can't be chemical sciences,life sciences or mathematical sciences. Hi aspirant,

For UGC NET exam, a candidate must secure at least 55% marks in master degree or equivalent examination from UGC recognized universities/colleges in Humanities including languages and Social Science, Computer Science & Applications, Electronic Science etc. The 55 % marks should be without rounding off.

(i) Chemical Sciences

(ii) Earth, Atmospheric, Ocean and Planetary Sciences

(iii) Life Sciences

(iv) Mathematical Sciences

(v) Physical Sciences
