No, there are not a single college in india without NEET. You have to crack NEET to get admission in any medical course. Even for the private colleges you need to qualify the NEET. But yes you can try outside india for medical Course without any enterence exam.

Very low chance if you are general. For a general category candidate, if you cross 500, you can find yourself in a moderate government medical college. If you cross 550, be sure, you will bag a seat in a really good college. in the end, everything depends upon
