Hello,
DU is one of the best places to pursue B.A in English Honours. In DU, 27% seats are reserved for OBC-NCL candidates. You get relaxation in merit/cut-off and possibly in fee concessions. You must have a minimum 45% aggregate marks in Class 12 board exams to be eligible and also must meet the cut-off or merit rank as per CUET for OBC category (lower than UR but varies each year). So, please go through the CUET portal and DU website.
Hope this helps. All the best!
