Hello Aspirant,
Since you have not mentioned the category so considering it as General.
If we go through the analysis of previous year's GATE score Vs College allotment than according to the GATE 2021 score mentioned by you in the query, you have chances in following colleges with M.Tech in VLSI :-
NIT Warangal
NIT Calicut
NIT Delhi
And some more NITs but not IITs. You can check out previous year's cut-offs from the link given below :-
https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/gate-cutoff
Note that the above prediction is made on the basis of latest cut-offs and the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.
To have a list of all those colleges which you can get based upon your GATE 2021 Score and category you can use GATE College Predictor :-

I hope this information helps you.
Good Luck!!
Hello Candidate,
IIT offers admission into various courses such as undergraduate, postgraduate, MS, BSC, MSC, M.TECH, PHD, and Integrated- courses .
Student pursuing diploma has to attend the JEE Mains examination followed by the JEE advanced exam, as there is no special provision for direct admission in IITs.
Have a good day.
All the best for your exams!!

Hi
No, you are not eligible for MSc physics being a chemistry hons. Graduate
This is because,
To be be eligible for MSc physics you should have done BSc physics Honours or you should have studied Physics in all the three years of your BSc but you have studied Physics in only your first year and 2nd year.
For example,
Bhu eligibility criteria for Msc physics says that, you should have studied under 10+2+3 pattern and must have got at least 50% marks in your BSc, you should have had hons. in Physics in your BSc or should have studied Physics in all the three years of your BSc.
You can check the same at its official page, the link is provided below
https://www.bhu.ac.in/Centre/escMSc.htm#:~:text=B.Sc.-,*%20under%20at%20least%2010%2B2%2B3%20pattern%20securing%20a,and%20one%20more%20Science%20subject.&text=Common%20Subjects%3A%20(Course%3A%20M.A.%20%2F%20M.
Also,
You are not eligible for CPGET for Msc physics .
This is because ,
to be eligible for CCPGET for MSc physics you must have studied physics as compulsory subject in your graduation but you have studied physics as GE i. e General elective subject and that also in only 2 years of graduation and so you are not eligible. In your case chemistry is your compulsory subject in bsc so you will be eligible for MSc chemistry but not for MSc physics.
