I would like to tell you that you can check for the error showing while uploading 10th certificate as you cannot upload provisional certificate or migration certificate in lieu of original certificate. You can check the image size that you have scanned and the pixels, it should be matched with the format mentioned by GGSIPU.

The admission to BAMS course in GGSIPU is done on the basis of score obtained in NEET. 85% seats are reserved for students with delhi domicile, i.e. those students who have passed the qualifying examination from any school/Institute located in NCT of Delhi. The seats in BAMS are allotted through state counselling (85%) and centre counselling (15%)

AACCC will be doing Counseling for minimum 15% AIQ seats for Government, Government aided, Central Universities, National Institutes, Private colleges and 100% seats for Deemed Universities.
As per an official website issued by the authoritites,
"Accordingly, it is brough to the notice of all concerneed candidates who were alloted seats ....under All India Quota (outside Delhi region) for BAMS programme .....on the day of the 1st counselling for BAMS at GGSIPU University stand cancelled "

The university has started counselling for CLAT qualified candidates on October 6. The last date to register for IPU counselling is October 12 (11:50 pm). Candidates who already registered for IPU law admissions may directly participate in the counselling by paying Rs 1000 as counselling fee.
The university may prepare the inter-se-merit of candidates on the basis of the marks obtained in the entrance test. Admissions can be done on the basis of merit list.
candidates who gets shortlisted in the merit list can participate in the counselling process. The IPU CET merit list has been released after the result announcement.
Those who haven't registered yet will first need to register for the admission and then participate in the counselling.

The verification of documents are done through an online process in IPU after registration for all the reserved categories. For general category verification is not needed. The date has been extended to 30th October 2020 for document verification. Keep an eye on the official website for more updates.

For the marks you have scored your rank should be in the range 6000-9000 seeing the previous year trend. It depends on the number of students who have appeared in the exam and how many have qualified it so there can be a slight change in the actual rank.
