It is very difficult for you to get admission in any colleges through your IPU LEET rank for CSE. It would have been helpful if you would have mentioned your category.

Nevertheless, the last year's cut off by rank for the last round of counselling for CSE closed

With your rank and category it may be difficult to get admission into B. Arch as the cut offs generally go pretty high.
