Hello there. Hope you are doing good. I would like to tell you that IPU has reservation policy since it is a state governed university. You have not mentioned the category you fall in so I am giving a general answer assuming you belong to Delhi General quota.

Spot counselling sessions are highly unpredictable in the sense that it all depends upon the number of seats left to fill, number of candidates applying for spot admission, number of candidates actually appearing and the number of candidates with complete set of documents available at the time of admission.

For GGSIPU deaf candidates arent eligible for admission in BTech but what about a person with partial deafness (more than 60% hearing loss ) , is he/she eligible for admission in BTech?

Hello

According to the official notifications in GGSIPU PWD seats in Government Colleges has to be 5% horizontally (according to The Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act 2016‘ (PWD ACT) )

However it will be 3% as per Delhi Professional Colleges or Institutions, Act 2007 in Self Financing Institutions (horizontally).
