As per your query, the aspirants who are having less than the cut off marks will have less chances in GGSIPU counselling.

IPU 2020 for B.Tech will not be conducted so the admissions will be based on the JEE Mains cut off only.

It is true that last year, IPU had reopened its registration window. But this year it is unknown. From this year, seats of IPU will be filled through All India Counselling and like last year, IPU might open its registration window. There has been no official information regarding this. So

Admission in Indraprastha University for Bachelors in Computer Applications program is based on there entrance examination called IPU CET. The course seats are about 180 in number. It's a three year long course with a total fee of approximately 2.6 lacs. This doesn't include the living arrangements.
