Yes, as you have given the NATA exam again, so you have to register for IPU again and you will have pay the exam fees again. Because it if you don't ay then your entry will not recorded and so you won't be able to sit for counseling.

Out of the two options mentioned above, Bhai Parmanand Institute of Business Studies is better than Meera Bai in almost all terms. The former is better ranked than the later.
