no such changes are not allowed after you have filled the Neet form while mentioning your category as unreserved.

They should have asked you for verification.The last date to verify the reservation certificate is today till 5 P.M. So,please visit their designated centres to verify it.If you fail to verify the obc certificate then you will be treated as General category student and counselling will be based on that
