HELLO ANNA,
As oyu have mentioned that you got 5093 rank in your CLAT exam so want to clear out that whether you got admission in IPU or any other college.
So first of all in my point of you I think you will not get good college in CLAT and and IPU will not based on CLAT exam it takes itas own CET EXAM and after that they release their ranks according to the written examination and after that the counselling process began and then you finally got admission.
The list of colleges In which you get admission are:
University school of law and legal studies
Amity law school
Bls institute of technology management
Delhi institute of rural development
Delhi metropolitian education
Shri Krishna college of education
CLAT is one of the most popular law entrance exams conducted in the country. On the basis of an aspirant’s score/rank in CLAT 2019, he/she can secure admission in undergraduate as well as postgraduate law programmes offered at participating universities and colleges. It may be noted that till 2018, the law entrance exam was conducted by National Law Universities (NLUs) on a rotational basis. However, from 2019 onwards CLAT exam will be conducted by a permanent body, the Consortium of NLUs.
Damodaram Sanjivayya National Law University (DSNLU) , Visakhapatnam
The Tamil Nadu National Law School (TNNLS) , Tiruchirappall
Maharashtra National Law University (MNLU) , Mumbai
Maharashtra National Law University (MNLU), Aurangabad
So there are many colleges you just have go through the list the admission criteria
Thanks

Hello dear student, its not possible to get admission anywhere with this less marks . Even with category rank you cannot get government seat while you can try for the private medical colleges under management quota. To get MBBS in government college you need to have atleast 500+ marks with category only then you can be sure to get a seat . Here i am attatching one link of the cut offs government medical colleges 2019 https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cut-off
I hope this helps
Best wishes.
